Estimates and scope
An inquiry is not an estimate or booking. Estimates are based on the information and site conditions reasonably available at the time. Hidden damage, moisture, substrate conditions, customer changes, code requirements, or unavailable materials may require a revised scope, price, or schedule.
Scheduling and access
Dates are confirmed after scope approval and any required deposit. Customers are responsible for timely access, utilities, parking permissions, cleared work areas, and disclosure of known hazards or restrictions. Delays outside our reasonable control may affect completion dates.
Materials and existing conditions
Natural materials vary in color and grain. Dye lots, aging, lighting, discontinued products, and existing wear can affect matching. We do not guarantee an invisible repair or exact match unless expressly stated in writing. Customers must follow manufacturer care and environmental requirements.
Changes and additional work
Work outside the approved scope requires authorization and may result in additional charges or time. If unsafe or unsuitable conditions are discovered, work may pause until an appropriate solution is approved.
Payments
Payment timing and accepted methods are stated in the estimate or agreement. Card payments, when offered, are completed through Square. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised promptly so they can be reviewed in good faith.
Completion and concerns
Customers should review the work at completion and identify concerns promptly. Warranty terms, if any, are stated in the project documents and do not cover abuse, improper maintenance, building movement, moisture intrusion, third-party work, normal wear, or conditions outside the installed area.
Limitation and governing terms
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the controlling project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction.
